Brett P. Gulash, RA NCARB LEED AP

architect, boise idaho

Brett Gulash (GA-LOSH) Brett knows better than to eagerly tell others he’s a recent transplant from the San Francisco Bay Area, where he lived just short of ten years. But he also likes to spin it as more of a “homecoming” than an invasion, since he originally attended the University of Idaho and his wife is a Boise Native. (So don’t call him a Californian!) During his tenure in the Bay Area, he worked on a diverse spread of project types (including multi-family, medical office buildings, waterproofing, and education), he even worked for a VC-funded start-up designing pre-fabricated componentized buildings.

When he’s not obsessing over architectural details in the office, you can find him out exploring the foothills on his mountain bike, taking walks with his wife and baby daughter and trying all the IPAs from the microbrews that have popped up in the Treasure Valley. As a new father, Brett’s also been stepping up his dad joke game, taking tips from the other dads in the office.
